Mind & Heart
Challenge
Mind & Heart exists to serve individuals experiencing homelessness across the Seattle area by providing food and essential living supplies. Their challenge was communicating this mission in a way that felt human, dignified, and impactful—without reducing real people and real need to statistics or surface-level storytelling.
They needed a visual identity and promotional piece that could clearly express who they are, why they exist, and invite others to support the work they’re doing on the ground.
Strategy
Our approach centered on empathy and clarity. We focused on telling the story of Mind & Heart through purpose-driven visuals and messaging that honored the people they serve while highlighting the organization’s heart, values, and commitment to the community.
Alongside the video, we set out to refresh their logo—creating a mark that better reflected their mission, warmth, and long-term vision.

We delivered a promotional video rooted in real moments and authentic storytelling, designed to connect emotionally while clearly communicating impact. The refreshed logo provides a stronger, more confident visual foundation that aligns with Mind & Heart’s purpose and future growth.
